I provide calm, compassionate postpartum support for families navigating the tender early weeks with a new baby. With experience supporting newborns and families, including time in NICU environments, I bring a steady, grounded presence into the home when rest and reassurance matter most.
My approach is gentle, responsive, and centered on helping parents feel confident, supported, and able to truly recover during the postpartum season.

Overnight care allows parents to rest while their baby is lovingly supported through the night. During overnight visits, care may include feeding support, soothing, diapering, and gentle guidance to help establish healthy sleep rhythms.
This service is especially supportive for first time parents, recovering mothers, and families transitioning home from the NICU.

Overnight postpartum support packages begin at $405 per night. -
Daytime visits provide hands on support while families adjust to life with their newborn. Visits are calm, responsive, and tailored to your household’s needs.
Support may include newborn care, feeding support, light household resets related to baby care, and reassurance as you build confidence in your new routine.

Support is always non medical and centered on helping families feel steady, prepared, and well supported.

Light In Home Meal Preparation
During daytime visits, simple nourishing meals can be prepared to support postpartum recovery and ease the household load.
Meals are prepared in the client’s home using ingredients provided by the family.
